     3== Parsix GNU/Linux 8.15r1 has been released - February 12, 2017 ==
     4An updated version of Parsix GNU/Linux 8.15 code name Nev has been released. This version fixes a regression with Intel HD graphics driver and Skylake family of chips, comes with an updated kernel and several package updates. Our new 64bit USB images now support booting from BIOS and UEFI based systems. Parsix 8.15 ships with GNOME 3.22.2, an updated kernel based on Linux 4.4.48 and tons of updated and upgraded packages. It has been built on top of rock solid Debian Jessie (8.0) platform and all base packages have been synchronized with Debian Jessie repositories as of February 12, 2017.     36== End of life notice for Parsix GNU/Linux 8.10 - February 05, 2017 ==
    47Parsix GNU/Linux project is going to stop security and technical support for version 8.10 (Erik) as of March 31, 2017. Parsix GNU/Linux Erik (8.10) software repositories will go offline on April 15, 2017 to make room for our next upcoming release. We encourage Erik users to upgrade their systems to Parsix GNU/Linux 8.15. If you are interested in keeping Erik on your machines, please use ​Debian Jessie updates and security repositories. Parsix 8.10 is binary compatible with Debian Jessie.[[BR]][[BR]]
