Hi,

[ Parsix Barry r2 Release Date ]
The last update/maintenance release of Parsix 0.90 (Barry r2) is 
planned for October 5, 2007. This release aims on some bug fixes and 
merging application updates from Debian lenny repository.

[ Parsix Ramon (1.0) Status update ]
Parsix Ramon repository is ready. If you like to help us to test Parsix 
Ramon, just point your apt to Ramon repository and do a dist-upgrade:

# sed -i s/barry/ramon/ /etc/apt/sources.list
# apt-get update && apt-get install gnome-games && apt-get dist-upgrade

This will bring you recently released, hot and fresh GNOME 2.20.0 
desktop. 

* Known issues:

1) New GTK+ 2.12.0 breaks wxGTK based applications (like VLC and so). 
This is due to a bug in wxGTK that's being worked on Debian.

2) GNOME splash screen stays up until user clicks on a menu or on the 
desktop. If you face this problem too, please report it.
