Post subject: Automount nfts disk

I found another small problem. Ive got an external usbdisk formatted with ntfs.
Ive got ntfs-3g installed, but the disk does not automount. ANyone know a parsix specific solution?

| I also have a external usb harddisk but have never had any problems with auto mount. But I did read in the Ubuntu forums that if you just unplug drives in windows without using safely unmount it can write protect them for windows only hence the safely remove in the bottom right hand corner. But you could boot into windows and do a disc cHeck on your usb hdd then reboot and try again before trying anything else. |

| Sometimes, the stupidity of oneself can be daunting. All i had to do, was to poweron/poweroff the disk. |
