But, having to manually install network-manager and locate is a bit of a pain in the butt.
Other than that I think this is one of the best non-redhat distros to hit the linux community good job.  |

This is just great!
I have installed every 'desktop' Linux version I could find (too many to list here), and Parsix is the ONLY one which works 100% right out of the box.
It also seems faster than many of the others.

| Hmm? For me network manager was already installed, I just enabled it after installation in System / Administration / Network. |

Network-manager were not installed here either. But since i always remove the damn thing, its not a problem for me.
There is a bit af tinkering with Parsix. But then again, i get a debian testing with less work than a "real" Debian.
