Hello,

first off can i say Parsix is the first reliable, stable distro I have had the pleasure to use Very Happy

However, one small issue. Looking at my syslogs, at 06:53 this morning (the computer was running but unattended) the kern.log nd syslog started filling up with this message:

Nov 18 06:53:21 parsix-64 kernel: hub 1-0:1.0: connect-debounce failed, port 6 disabled
..........message is still going as i write..........
Nov 18 22:13:25 parsix-64 kernel: hub 1-0:1.0: connect-debounce failed, port 6 disabled

From my googling seems to be related to several (all?) Linux distro's and is USB related. any ideas of how to fix it?

Doesn't have any negative impact on system that i can see, and my USB devices still work, but it would be good to get rid of this message! Smile

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Happy New Year All!

no change on this, I still have the errors and am no closer to resolution - I just don't use th USB port in question.
