6There's currently no auto-detection of what lockfile should
7be used when monitoring the connection (the ones in /var/lock).
8GKDial assumes your modem is at /dev/modem and that all your
9connections are being set up with that device as modem.

11You can force a change by running gconf-editor and setting a
12key at /apps/gkdial/preferences named 'lock_file' containing
13the name of the lockfile you wish to monitor, /var/lock/LCK..ttyS2,
14for example.
